Seasonal Restricted Materials Permits (RMP) are issued to property operators or their authorized representatives who have been certified to use restricted materials. Operator Identification (OP-ID) permits are issued to property operators to use non-restricted materials. Upon a request for a copy or inspection of records, the County will review the request and determine if the request can be accommodated.
